Thank you for your interest in participating in this special educational and social experience for families living with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

This experience is being provided through a partnership between Best Day Ever Foundation and Kindness Over Muscular Dystrophy (KOMD).

A limited number of families will receive a complimentary two-night hotel stay at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Washington D.C. – Convention Center, located in the heart of downtown Washington, D.C. Families will gather together to watch the FDA Advisory Committee meeting, connect with one another, and enjoy time together in our nation's capital. The hotel is within walking distance of many popular destinations, including the White House, Smithsonian museums, the National Mall, Capital One Arena, and numerous restaurants and attractions.

A limited number of travel scholarships may also be available for families who need assistance with transportation expenses. Travel assistance, if awarded, will be coordinated through Kindness Over Muscular Dystrophy (KOMD).

Please Note: Completing this interest form does not guarantee participation, complimentary hotel accommodations, or travel assistance. Space is limited, but we are hopeful we will be able to provide this experience for every family who wishes to attend. Families will be notified as quickly as possible regarding availability.
